360 Scheduling is proud to announce its official certification to ISO 9001:2008 a major milestone in the company’s ongoing progress and expansion. Certification confirms that 360 operates a Quality Management System (QMS) which complies with the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 for the provision of mobile workforce scheduling software, focused on the field service environment.

“The board decided the timing was right to work towards ISO certification during 2008 in order to capitalise on our proven professionalism and customer focus. Continuous development and improvement of our scheduling software has always been a key driver for 360 so it made perfect sense to put the QMS in place,” said Laurent Othacéhé, Managing Director of 360.

“ISO 9001:2008 is the newest standard and all businesses which currently hold the older ‘2000’ certification will only have until the end of next year to transfer to the new standard, otherwise their certification will no longer be valid. For 360, being certified to the latest standard is yet another example of our desire to be at the leading edge and a real accomplishment because everyone in the business has been involved and worked hard to achieve it, continued Othacéhé.”

Paul Bouchier, 360’s Technical Director, added “ISO certification has had a positive effect throughout the business. Apart from the obvious benefits such as customer satisfaction and staff motivation, it has been relatively straightforward in respect of the technical audits (which can be a minefield) because, along with a highly intelligent team of developers, we have always been a business with detailed documented procedures and a process driven approach to writing software.“
