360 Take Service Management Expo by Storm

360 Scheduling reported a hugely successful Service Management Expo, which was held at the NEC on 16-17 September. 360 was supported by no less than four integration partners who had their own individual stands at the show, an indication of the way the market is now embracing a fully integrated scheduling solution.

“SME is normally an excellent show for us and once again it lived up to expectations with a number of really excellent enquiries for our mobile workforce scheduling solutions,” said Laurent Othacéhé CEO of 360 Scheduling. “SME is probably the biggest show of its sort in the world. This year was the most successful yet and we have already booked for next year. Our spectacular ‘pirate ship’ stand really stood out and received lots of positive comments. This year we were very pleased to be supported by no less than four of our integration partners who all had a presence at the show and reported similar interest in our scheduling solutions for field service. These OEM software vendors realise that they must look to provide an integrated scheduling solution to ensure that they can continue to meet market requirements”, continued Othacéhé.
